These terms and conditions (terms) (together with any documents referred to) tell you how you may make use of our website www.dixonfoundation.org.uk (our site). Use of our site includes accessing, browsing or contacting us via our site. Our site is operated by The Dixon Foundation (TDF, we, our or us).

The Dixon Foundation is a charity registered with the Charities Commission (Charity number: 1189898). It is also registered as a data controller at the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). The Dixon Foundation’s registered office is at Oxygen House, Grenadier Road, Exeter, EX1 3LH.

Grant Applications
We try to respond to all Grant Applications and Concept Note submissions but do not guarantee that this will always be possible or that this will be within a certain time.

Any Concept Note submissions or Grant Applications you submit via our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your submission/application, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty free licence to use, store, modify and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties and on our website.

You are responsible for making sure you Concept Submission or Grant Application is complete and accurate and that you have the permission of those persons mentioned in the application to name them.

Submission of a Concept Note or Grant Application via our website does not guarantee a grant will be made. All grant decisions are at the sole discretion of our trustees. We will not be liable to you if your Concept Note or grant application is rejected or unsuccessful.

Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on them. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may download extracts of any pages from our site for your personal use. You must not modify the digital copies of any content you have downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
